Annie Chen is the founder of Elevated Real Estate Controller. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations and client services. Prior to forming Elevated Real Estate Controller, she was a controller for small to mid-size property management firms in California and Texas, also worked at some of the most renown property management companies like RREFF and Greystar. She has over 16 years of combined commercial and multifamily real estate accounting experiences. Annie received her Bachelors in Social Science Business Administration from University of California Irvine (UCI). In her spare time, she likes walking her dog, swimming, reading, and traveling with her family and friends.
